Our Process:
Kitchen Remodels
Remodeling a kitchen takes place in steps. Not every kitchen will require every step.
1. We visit your home for measurements and photos.
2. We then head back to the showroom to create 3D renderings and an estimate for your approval.
3. You will then work closely with a designer to perfect the design, select cabinetry, countertops, hardware, faucet, etc.
4. A deposit is collected, payment terms are arranged, and ordering begins. (Depending on the type, cabinets will be delivered in 2-8 weeks.)
5. Demolition - removal and disposal of existing materials.
6. Construction, if necessary, to open a wall or replace a window, etc .
7. Walls will be painted
8. Flooring - (if necessary) We will access your subfloor, repair damaged areas, and install new flooring
9. Base Cabinet installation
10. Countertop installation - a template will need to be made for measurements, and the countertop will be created by one of our trusted fabricators.
11. The backsplash will be installed
12. Wall Cabinet installation
13. Finishing - installing cabinet hardware, crown molding, toe kick molding, etc.
